By accessing and using the BRYDGED website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

BRYDGED provides an ecommerce platform that allows creators to list products and consumers to purchase them. We handle the logistics, storage, and fulfillment of these products.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Creator Obligations

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and stock levels. Creators must comply with our SKU limits based on their subscription tier.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed securely. Subscription fees for creators are billed according to the selected plan. We reserve the right to change our fees with notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

BRYDGED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
